Workshop on European Research Council (ERC)

The worskhop on European Research Council took place in Prague on October 25th 2010 as a part of the Eighth Czech Days for European Research.  

The workshop was opened by prof. Wilhelm, the Czech Government Commissioner for European research. The participants highly appreciated presentations of prof. Nowotny, the President of the ERC, dr. Hemmelskamp, the representative of the Executive Agency of the ERC, prof. Exner, the member of the ERC Scientific Council and moreover dr. Stepanek, dr. Schröder and dr. Roithova, principle investigators holding ERC grants, as well as contributions of prof. Koca and dr. Hrusak, the Czech representatives in the ERC programme committee and ing. Hakenova from the Czech Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.
