Development of human resources in science and researchConferenceDate: 13.05.2008 - 14.05.2008 Venue: Liberec The conference on the development of human resources in science and research will be held in Liberec, Czech Republic, on 13 and 14 May. The aim of the workshop, organized in the frame of the project TRANSCEN, is to create an international platform for exchanging know-how and experience in the area of development of human resources in science and research. Participation is open to managers, science and research workers, specialist in the field of education, academic workers and also students who are dealing with the issue of development and management of human resources in science and research. The mission of the workshop is, first of all, to exchange know-how among the experts on the topic and form new working partnerships (contacts). Thematic areas of the workshop are: - human resources in innovative companies; - human resources in the academic and research area; - development of human resources in the context of regional development; - international cooperation in the field of development of human resources in science and research.
