VITAMINS 2008

The 8th International Conference VITAMINS 2008 - Nutrition and Diagnostics will be focused on the role of vitamins, antioxidants, free radicals with association of lipids, proteins and carbohydrates in human health and on the new developments in instrumentation and applications of the various analytical methods used in food analysis and medicinal chemistry.

The aim of the Conference VITAMINS 2008 is to provide a link between the scientists and the public with new advances in the field of vitamins, natural antioxidants and contribute to the exchange of new knowledge in this enormously expanding area.
